Which includes and is not all-inclusive to Warehouse, Purchasing, Logistics, Enterprise Resource Planning management and Supply Chain Management. Excel in environments where I can effectively communicate with all levels of employees from Hourly and Team Leaders to Directors, VPs and CEOs. Extremely organized and well versed in Supply Chain strategies.
Exceptional time management, leadership, decision making and problem-solving skills. As Executive Director of Supply Chain, led the entire Supply Chain functions for Creative Food Ingredients. Which comprised of giving guidance, mentoring, coaching, motivating, presenting new strategies, negotiating cost saving, continuous improvements initiatives and support to the Supply Chain Team and the organization.
